About the provider plans.
When do I start paying?
The Free plan is permanent up to 2 active users. You pay only when your team needs more than 2 users, choosing Plus, Business or Enterprise. AI credits are a separate, optional purchase.
Are AI credits included?
You get 100 welcome credits and 500 more when you validate your company. Each paid plan includes a monthly credit allocation. If you need more, you can buy one-time packs (which never expire) or a monthly credit plan.
Are credits charged if a skill fails?
No. Credits are only charged when a skill completes successfully. If there's an error, a timeout, or you cancel before it finishes, nothing is deducted.
Do my payments get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment by a Mexican company automatically generates a CFDI 4.0 invoice, stored in your Documents module and emailed to you.
